We had a wooden cedar deck and screened room that needed considerable maintenance. Mike completely rebuilt the upper deck and screened room with synthetic decking material.
Based on Mike's advise the floor joists were reinforced and reattached to the house. Heavy duty pet proof screening was installed. We now have a completely maintenance free natural looking screened porch with a deck above. Very little inconvienience to us during construction, on schedule and within budget. Great job.

Mike Scott built our deck and gazebo. It is absolutely beautiful. All of our neighbors, friends and relatives that have seen it rave about it. Mike is very fussy in his work and would be referred to as a perfectionist. We highly recommend his company for any remodeling project you have.
